  • Intersectional pay gap advocacy campaign / aug 2024

Out of sight, out of pocket.

It’s time to raise awareness (and a ruckus) for intersectional pay gap reporting in Australia. Otherwise, we run the risk of perpetuating, and further entrenching, the very inequities many of us are seeking to dismantle.

  • intersetional financial wellbeing project with fnf & wire

The Intersectional Financial Wellbeing project explores the impacts that essential service providers (such as banks, utilities companies, telecommunications companies, health services and legal services) have on women, non-binary and gender-diverse people. Based on the findings, a set of resources will be developed that will guide essential service providers to embed intersectionality into their policies and practices, for the benefit of all community members.

  • Rich blak women podcast

S1 & S2 - Conversations on Rich Blak Women follow stories from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women – rich in culture, value & mindset – that aim to deepen awareness about the unique economic inequities’ First Nations women face, explore success and connection to culture, empower financial wellbeing through shared experiences and learnings, and build community and allies.

S3 - Hosted by Destiny Dewis, this season follows Larisha's journey to embodying Rich Blak Women energy.

  • first nations financial self care project with FNF & WIRE

Intersectionality and Allyship in Women's Financia Capability and the Financial Services Sector
