Meet LarishaLarisha V Jerome (she/her) is a proud Jarowair, Wakka Wakka and Wulli Wulli woman, raised on Darug Country and now living on Kabi Kabi Country. She is a nationally recognised leader in economic justice, a powerful voice for First Nations women, and the Founder of Liberate with Larisha.
An accomplished speaker, strategist, and self-concept & mindset coach, Larisha works at the intersection of culture, economic empowerment, and systems change. Her career spans banking and finance, health, government (Indigenous Affairs), and the nonprofit sector—giving her a rare depth of insight into how to dismantle barriers and rebuild pathways that honour Indigenous knowledge, sovereignty, and wealth.
Larisha champions long-term economic liberation through community-led governance, legacy building, and empowering women to charge their worth, own their power, and step into their highest potential.
